Starting his real estate Career in 2004, Kyle worked as a leading sales consultant for just over 10 years. Kyle made the perfect start in his first year and was recognised as Rookie at Harcourt’s Dunedin. He was a consistent performer also achieving top Harcourt’s sales consultant in Dunedin.
2008 was the start of Kyle’s career as an auctioneer. Through perseverance and hard work he won the coveted title of Harcourt’s NZ Novice Auctioneer of the Year.
In 2014 Kyle stepped out of the sales arena and became the South Island trainer for Harcourt’s NZ. In this role Kyle drew in his invaluable experience within the real estate industry to provide outstanding support, guidance and training to new and experienced sales consultant and managers. Kyle aimed to help each of his students reach their full potential and enable them to achieve the career goals they set for themselves.
Whilst in this role he also took on the role as Business Development Manager and trainer for Fiji. His responsibilities included growing the business through strategic planning, coaching the management team and training the Sales Consultants and team leaders.
Kyle has always had a passion for the real estate industry and the next natural progression was into a management position. Kyle thrives on working with people helping them to grow and achieve the results they desire. All this whilst making sure that client service is at the highest level and the experience is one that keeps them coming back.
